Our services are provided solely for legal and legitimate purposes. We are not responsible for any misuse of our services or the documents we assist with for illegal or unlawful activities. If Ganga Infra & Services finds any fraudulent activities on the deal, you are liable for legal actions as per law.
Payment Terms
Full payment for our services is required once your deal has been successfully finalized.
Govt Taxes, as applicable, have to be paid alongside our service charges.
Service Charges
- Only Documentation Witness Charges – ₹21000 to ₹One Lac.
(Only applicable for Delhi/NCR Authorities. Charges will be extra for other states and will be informed accordingly.) - Emergency Services Charges – ₹51000 to ₹5 Lacs
(Home Services also available) - Deal Cancellation – ₹One Lac to be paid by each party involved in the deal i.e. Seller & Purchaser.

Court Appearance Clause
Should any legal dispute related to our services require our presence in court, you will be responsible for all associated expenses. This includes the fees for our legal team, court costs, and any other related expenditures.
Any legal matters are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
